Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration is non-refundable by default. If you need to cancel before 31 December 2026, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded, less any additional payment processing/service charges. No refund — full or partial — will be issued for cancellations made on or after 1 January 2027, or for no-shows. Registrations are transferable to another individual at no charge with advance notice.

An invoice or GST-compliant receipt can be requested after payment is confirmed.
