Yes. The Student rate applies across both registration tiers (Early Bird and Normal). A valid student ID is required at check-in; if one isn't presented, the Professional rate applies on-site.

Institutions sending five or more delegates receive a 10% discount on the group's total. This is arranged directly with the organising team rather than through the online registration form — get in touch to set it up.
Visit the Submit Your Abstract page for categories, formatting requirements, and the submission form. Abstracts are reviewed double-blind by the Scientific Committee and may be accepted for Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, or declined.
You'll be asked to submit a Full Submission — a finalised, camera-ready version of your title, author information, and structured content, plus a short graphical abstract. This is a separate, later step from your original abstract submission, with its own deadline shown on the Key Dates page.

The Pre-Congress (Saturday, 6 February 2027) is a smaller, hands-on day of focused sessions. The Main Congress (Sunday, 7 February 2027) is the full programme — plenary sessions across all four pillars, the Scientific Session, and the trade exhibition.

The current draft policy (subject to confirmation) is: full refund minus a processing fee before 1 January 2027; 50% refund between 1–31 January 2027; no refund after 31 January 2027 or for no-shows. Registrations are transferable to another individual at no charge with advance notice.
Yes — an invoice or GST-compliant receipt can be requested after your payment is confirmed.
