"Student" rate requires a valid student ID at check-in; if not presented, the Professional rate applies on-site.
"International" rate applies to delegates registering and paying from outside India.
Group registrations of 5 or more from one institution receive a 10% discount — contact us directly to arrange this rather than using the form below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Draft

The following is a proposed policy for review, not yet finalised: full refund minus a processing fee for cancellations before 1 January 2027; 50% refund for cancellations between 1–31 January 2027; no refund for cancellations after 31 January 2027 or for no-shows. Registrations are transferable to another individual at no charge with advance notice.

An invoice or GST-compliant receipt can be requested after payment is confirmed.
